Who you are buying from

Emberz Fire (ABN 19 161 044 823) is a retailer. Stock is held and dispatched by an Australian wholesaler. We are the seller and your contract is with us. You can reach us at noonanjack2@gmail.com.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and we do not issue tax invoices. The price charged is the price shown at checkout. We can change prices, but not after you have paid.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If we cannot supply something after you have paid — it is out of stock, or the supplier has withdrawn it — we will tell you and refund it in full.

Fires, bans and local rules

Solid-fuel fires in the open are regulated, and the rules are local and change day to day.

On a declared total fire ban day, a solid-fuel fire in the open is not permitted. That is a decision of your state fire authority. Nothing we sell creates an exemption from it.
Your local council may set its own conditions — setback distances, hours, permitted fuels, or a permit requirement. Checking those is your responsibility as the person lighting the fire, and it is worth doing before the first burn rather than after a complaint.
You are responsible for where you put it, what you burn, and for not leaving it unattended.

Intended use

These products are outdoor fire pits for burning dry untreated firewood or charcoal in the open air. They are not heaters, not for indoor use, and not incinerators. Using one indoors or in an enclosed space risks carbon monoxide poisoning.

Not therapeutic

Nothing we sell is a medical device and we make no claim that it treats or prevents anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Australian state in which we are based.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
