Everything ships from an Australian warehouse. Nothing comes from overseas, so there is no multi-week wait and no customs step.

Dispatch

Order before ~2pm AEST: Dispatched the same working day
After that, or on a weekend: Next working day
Public holidays: Next working day, which can add a day either side

Delivery

Metro: Typically 2 working days from dispatch
Regional: Typically 3–6 working days
Remote: Longer; we will tell you if we can see it will be

These are the carrier's typical times, not a guarantee. A cast iron bowl is a heavy, bulky parcel and sometimes travels on a different run to a small one. Once a parcel is with the carrier its timing is out of our hands — but chasing it is not, so tell us if something stalls.

Cost

Delivery is free Australia-wide on every order. We carry the freight rather than adding it at checkout, so the price on the product page is the price you pay.

Where we ship

Australia only. We do not ship internationally.

If it arrives damaged

Heavy goods occasionally take a knock in transit. Photograph the carton and the damage before you go further and send it to us — it makes the carrier claim straightforward and it means we can replace it without arguing about who dented what.

If it does not arrive

Contact us and we will chase the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost we replace it — you do not carry the cost of a delivery that failed.
