What we collect

To ship an order: Name, delivery address, email, phone number
To take payment: Handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
To run the site: Standard server logs

Who else sees it

Our wholesaler receives your name and delivery address, and only that, so they can post your order. Orders are blind-shipped, so the parcel comes from us.
Stripe processes the payment and holds the payment record.
The carrier receives the delivery address.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Marketing

We email you about your order because you bought something. Anything beyond that is opt-in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

Keeping it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer-law obligations require, then deleted.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will action it.
